COVA - Human Trafficking in Colorado - What You Can Do
Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance
We are the OVC grantee for the state of Colorado and provide direct services for all international victims of human trafficking in the state of Colorado. We coordinate all direct service needs including housing, food, medical, mental health, legal services and others depending on the needs of the survivor. We provide the direct case management through advocacy, intakes and screenings of all potential survivors and conduct life skills and safety assessments to ensure long-term survivorship of adults and minors who are survivors of human trafficking.
This short film on COVA's Human Trafficking Program describes both the problem of human trafficking in Colorado and what you can do to help. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGqeC5gML-0&feature=share
